Privacy Policy

How FRAMPAL SRL handles personal data from quote requests, emails and visits to this website. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller is FRAMPAL SRL (BV), Avenue des Amériques 45, 7080 Frameries, Belgium, enterprise number and VAT BE 0461.559.652. For any privacy question, email info@frampalbv.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Quote and contact requests: first and last name, company, VAT number, phone number, email address, delivery address, postcode, country and the content of your message.
  • Emails and orders: the information you send us by email and the data needed for quotes, sales contracts, invoices and deliveries.
  • Website use: technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, processed by our hosting provider and, if analytics cookies are used, by Google Analytics.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive data (such as health data). Our services are for businesses.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To answer quote requests and prepare offers – steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To perform orders, invoice and deliver – performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To keep accounting and tax records – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • To keep the website secure, working and free of spam – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To measure website visits with analytics cookies – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How the quote form works

When you send the quote form, your request is emailed to our team, stored in our website database so it is not lost, and you receive an automatic confirmation email. The form contains a hidden anti-spam field; it does not use tracking.

5. Who receives your data

  • Hosting and email: Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email.
  • Website analytics: Google (Google Analytics), if analytics cookies are used.
  • Transport partners: the delivery details needed to deliver your order.
  • Our accountant and authorities: where Belgian law requires it.

These providers only process data on our instructions or under their own legal obligations. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (for example to Google in the United States), this happens under an adequacy decision such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies

  • Necessary cookies: for example to remember your language choice and keep the site working. These do not require consent.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics measures how the website is used (pages visited, approximate location, device). These are only allowed with your consent.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

7. How long we keep it

  • Quote requests that do not lead to an order: up to 2 years after our last contact.
  • Customer, order and invoice data: 7 years, as required by Belgian accounting and tax law.
  • Technical logs: for a limited period, normally a few weeks.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@frampalbv.com; we reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Brussels – www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

9. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to our systems is limited to authorised people, and our software is kept up to date.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
