Specify size and model, deck/base design, hygiene requirements and static, dynamic or racking load. Ratings depend on the particular model.

Share the order and delivery details

Send the quantity (minimum 100), delivery country and postcode, preferred date and unloading equipment. For regular supply, include your expected order frequency.

Confirm your customer’s pallet, hygiene and handling requirements. Final availability, specification, price and delivery are agreed in the written quotation.

Quick answer: Plastic pallets are made from HDPE or PP, can be washed and disinfected, and are not subject to ISPM 15 because they are not wood packaging. They cost more than wooden pallets but last many trips in closed loops. FRAMPAL supplies them in euro, industrial and half sizes from 100 pallets.

When plastic pallets make sense

Plastic pallets pay off where pallets return to you many times, or where hygiene rules leave little room for wood. They do not absorb liquids, they can go through a pallet washer, and they have no nails or splinters that can damage goods or packaging.

Plastic pallet questions

Do plastic pallets need ISPM 15?

No. ISPM 15 applies to wood packaging material only. Plastic pallets can be exported without heat treatment or marking.

Are plastic pallets better than wooden pallets?

Not always. Plastic pallets are more hygienic and last longer in closed loops, but they cost more and are rarely repairable. For one-way shipments or pallet exchange, wooden pallets are usually the better value.

What sizes of plastic pallets can you supply?

The most common sizes are 1200 × 800 mm (euro), 1200 × 1000 mm (industrial) and 800 × 600 mm (half). Ask us for other formats.

Can plastic pallets be used in racking?

Only rackable models are designed for beam racking. Tell us your racking setup and load so we can propose the right model.
