Confirm the specification
Choose the requested condition and confirm whether EPAL exchange is required. Share any receiver-specific acceptance criteria.
Share the order and delivery details
Send the quantity (minimum 100), delivery country and postcode, preferred date and unloading equipment. For regular supply, include your expected order frequency.

Confirm your customer’s pallet, hygiene and handling requirements. Final availability, specification, price and delivery are agreed in the written quotation.
The quoted price depends on the format, condition, quantity, treatment and delivery requirements.
Quick answer: Used pallets should be assessed by condition, markings and intended use, not wood colour alone. EPAL classes A, B and C can be usable and exchangeable when the exchange criteria are met; customer-specific class and handling requirements still apply. Generic euro-size pallets do not gain EPAL status through a grade label.

Used pallets are not guaranteed ISPM 15 compliant. For exports outside the EU choose heat-treated pallets.
Why buy used euro pallets?
A used euro pallet has exactly the same footprint as a new one, so it fits the same trucks, racks and pallet trucks. For many companies the pallet leaves the site and never comes back: paying for a new pallet makes little sense there.

Official EPAL quality classification
EPAL classes A, B and C can remain usable and exchangeable if the binding exchange criteria are met. Partners may agree a particular class; confirm the receiver’s requirements. A damaged or contaminated pallet is not made suitable by its grade label.
New EPAL pallets are heat-treated and marked. For used or repaired pallets, verify the markings, repair status and destination requirements before export.
